Both pictures represent stop action for our latest digital media project. The picture on the left was taken around 4pm while it was pouring outside. Because it was dark i increased the ISO; making the picture pretty noisy but overall i love it. Although its so dark the light in the center of the street, on top of the umbrella, and the highlights on the girl's back and rain boots creates balance in the picture. The picture on the right was taken very quickly. I was just standing on the green and happened to turn around while taking a snap shot of this man running and i ended up really liking it. I love the lighting and the shadow underneath his left foot.

i love the first picture being taken in the rain. it' so unique, and i completely agree that the lights balance out! (yes i was listening) and i like the high ISO. gives the picture a gloomy sort of feel.

The first one is cool. The bright colors of the umbrella and rain jacket against the gloomy background really makes the focal point pop.

I like the reflection of the runners foot in the brick. I didn't think brick had reflections...

The top rain photo has a lot of spirit. It might be cool for you to play with the reds in the photo to really bring out your subject. Other than that, I like it a lot.

I'm liken them runners. Both have great compositions and colors. The rain is a nice tough, don't see too many pictures that are taken in the rain. Nice job mate.

Surfing-my sister
I love this picture because it reminds me of this past summer surfing with my sister. We took a bunch of creative pictures one day on the beach and i ended up liking this one alot. I love how the picture is in sepia tone, it is probably my favorite coloring for pictures.
